How to revert back to DJI Pilot? (Android)

If you left your Google Play to ‘auto update’ apps, and you woke up with a dodgy DJI GO app that replaced your DJI Pilot – fret not. I have a copy of the final version of DJI Pilot app (version 1.2.0) that you can download on my dropbox.

Before downloading, I highly recommend that you turn off that ‘auto update’ by going to Google Play – hit your menu key, click on settings, click the ‘Auto-Update apps’ and select ‘Do not auto-update apps’. You can still update your apps manually though, so no worries on that.

Now that’s done and out of the way, you can uninstall your DJI GO app, and then download the final DJI Pilot app from my dropbox by clicking > HERE <

(There is no need to have a dropbox account to download, however, if you want one, please register via my link > HERE < and both of us may get extra space! Sharing is caring :-) )

Make sure you allow non Google Play app to install by going to Settings > Security > then enable ‘unknown sources’ if you have not done so.

I found that DJI Pilot app is a bit lighter on processor usage then the DJI GO. What do you guys think?

By the way, here’s my recent video of Phantom 3 and Inspire 1 night fly for you guys to drool over 😛
